Niners Shutout v Rams
During a really fun event, our seats were good and the tix were great. Hot dogs sold out, which was the only problem we encountered. We only had one issue: hot dogs sold out.
In the third quarter, we headed to get our "free" hot dogs, only to find out that the vendor was out of stock. The supervisor mentioned they couldn't offer any substitutions. After expressing our disappointment, the supervisor arranged for us to receive a super dog instead of the "free" dog. He did ask us not to disclose this to anyone else.
It was a bit frustrating. I shouldn't have had to argue for a small hot dog. The section where we were seated wasn't even full, so it was puzzling why they ran out of hot dogs.
